Expanding on this exhibition's past success, this year we are extending an invite to exhibit to as many alumni who are connected to the Art Department as possible! Furthermore, this group exhibition has a special theme focusing on Hanover College's 2008-09 Capstone – Water: The Rise and Fall of Civilization.

Indiana University's Wanamaker Collection of Native American Photography

Reception and Lecture - Friday, January 9, at 4pm with lecture beginning at 5pm
The Wanamaker Collection is a world-renowned assemblage of over 8,000 images taken between 1908 and 1921, and is recognized as the largest and one of the most important collections of photographs of Native Americans by a single photographic enterprise in the United States. This development and transportation of this exhibition has been funded by the Lilly Endowment.
Hanover College Private Art Collection
Every other year the HC Art Gallery exhibits selections from Hanover College's Private Art Collection. This exhibition is also a pre-professional curatorial opportunity for junior and senior Art History majors.
